Sampling according to recognized standards

Our sampling procedures are based on current legal requirements and technical guidelines. Whether it’s asbestos in building materials, fibers on surfaces, waste classification, or mold contamination, we offer qualified and accredited sampling that enables a well-founded assessment and a legally compliant basis for decision-making. Below you will find an overview of our most important procedures and standards.

Accredited sampling of material samples in accordance with VDI 3866 Sheet 1

The VDI Guideline 3866 Part 1 describes in detail the procedures for sampling and sample preparation for the subsequent analytical detection of asbestos in technical products. Complementing this, VDI Guideline 6202 Part 3 provides a systematic guide for the investigation and assessment of asbestos in buildings and technical installations, including the planning and scope of sampling. See also building contaminant assessment [link].

Accredited sampling according to VDI 3877 Parts 1 and 2

To determine fibre loading on surfaces, sampling is carried out using contact (wipe/tape-lift) samples—an important procedure, especially in the context of asbestos remediation. While air measurements according to VDI 3492 capture only respirable (alveolar) fibres, the analysis of contact samples additionally allows examination of larger fibre structures. Both methods are often combined to ensure a comprehensive assessment of potential contamination.

Certified sampling of waste according to LAGA PN 98

Certified sampling according to LAGA PN 98 is crucial for the correct classification and disposal of solid waste. Our qualified specialists carry out sampling in accordance with these guidelines, ensuring representative results. This guarantees environmentally sound and legally compliant disposal of your waste.

Qualified sampling of mold

Qualified mould sampling includes collecting air and material samples to assess potential indoor contamination in accordance with the German Environment Agency’s (UBA) Mould Guideline for indoor environments.

Qualified sampling of PM 10 and PM 2.5

Determination of fine particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5) in air using laser light scattering.
