Through our APC Measurement Equipment Rental Service, we provide suitable indoor air sampling devices – especially for asbestos and MMMF (man-made mineral fiber) testing. This allows you to perform measurements on short notice without having to maintain your own equipment permanently.

Our process is intentionally straightforward: You complete a one-time registration and schedule a short introductory call. Afterwards, your account is activated, and you can directly reserve your equipment online through our booking calendar – simply select the rental location, define the rental period, choose the number of sampling cases – and you’re done. You’ll then receive a booking confirmation including a QR code, which you show upon pickup and return at the location.

In addition to equipment rental, you can also book the laboratory analysis directly through us. Your samples are analyzed in our accredited testing laboratory, and you’ll receive your report by e-mail. When fast turnaround is required, we keep the process efficient – samples are analyzed within 24 hours of receipt in the lab (on working days), and the results are guaranteed by the following business day.

To ensure smooth on-site operations, we deliver everything as a clean, ready-to-use set: Each sampling case includes the measurement device, cleaning accessories, and an information sheet. If you also book analysis and evaluation, we’ll include the appropriate sampling media (e.g., filters/monitors for asbestos and mineral fibers), a measurement protocol, and a prepaid shipping envelope for standard return shipping. This way, your sample logistics are perfectly prepared from the start.

We operate rental locations including Eschborn and Berlin. Pickup and return take place during the respective opening hours; you’ll find your scheduled times and details directly in your booking. We maintain a consistent safety standard: equipment must be returned on time and cleaned – the necessary cleaning materials are included in the rental package.
